William Donald Allen Red Creek---William Donald Allen, 59, passed away on February 6, 2023 at Rochester General Hospital. Private Services were held. William was born in Newark, New York on April 1, 1963 the son of the late Donald and Beverly Heineman Allen. For many years, he was an eletirician at UltraLife Batteries in Newark. Mr. Allen is survived by a sister-in-law Sharon Allen of Newark. He was predeceased by his parents; brother James Allen and sister Donna Hunt.
