Lyons—Richard Clingerman, 87, passed away on April 3, 2025, at The Hurlbut Nursing Home in Henrietta, NY.

A private family graveside service was held at South Lyons Cemetery.

Mr. Clingerman was born in Ontario, NY on October 9, 1937, the son of the late Thomas and Myrtle Loveless Clingerman. He worked as a Group Leader for Mobil Chemical in Macedon, NY. Richard and his wife Arlene were active members of the Lyons United Methodist Church. He was an avid hunter. He was a past member of the Goose Pond Club.

Richard is survived by two daughters Sharon (Howard) Henderson and Deborah Bridger; five grandchildren Shelley (Jay) Ceravolo, Tabitha Preston, Randy (Molly) Thurston Jr., Amanda (Jeremiah) Dresser and Richard Bridger; fifteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Arlene; two sisters and three brothers.
