Lewis Arthur Pentycofe

Pentycofe, Lewis A. Lyons/Weedsport---Lewis Arthur Pentycofe, 77, passed away at his home in Weedsport, on Friday, April 26, 2024. A graveside will be held at Baptist Rural Cemetery/Brick Church Cemetery. Date and time to be announced here soon. Mr. Pentycofe was born in Sodus, on March 11, 1947, the son of the late Lloyd and Hester MacDonald Pentycofe. He graduated from Lyons High School. After high school, he served his country from 1967 to 1969 as a soldier in the US Army in Vietnam. He is survived by his twin sister Louise Pentycofe; a sister Juanita (Bruce Brone) VerValin; many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by four brothers Floyd, Robert, Irving and Lester; a sister Mary VerHeecke.
