Joyce L. Langdon Waterloo---Joyce L. Langdon, 95, passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at Seneca Nursing Home. Services will be private. Joyce was born in Kane, PA., on May 12, 1928 the daughter of the late Reid & Alice Johnson Dyne. She was a personal caretaker for many many people over the years. She is survived by her son Keith Langdon of Phelps; a daughter-in-law Dawn Patak; a grandson Joe (Marilla) Gonzlez; a sister Beverly (Bud) Keneske; many cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends, including the “Golden Girls”.
