Lyons—Jeffery G. Barnhart, 62, passed away on Monday, January 6, 2025 at his home in Lyons, NY.

Services will be private with a Celebration of Life at a later date. Burial will be in Palmyra Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials in his name may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116-7023.

Jeffrey was born in Clifton Springs, NY, on September 28, 1962 the son of the late Wilbur and Frances (Wing) Barnhart. He attended Lyons High School, class of 1981, and earned an Associates Degree in Human Services. He was the Owner/Operator of Barnhart Memorials. He worked as a bartender in many area establishments and was an avid musician.

Mr. Barnhart is survived by one son, Jesse Barnhart; one daughter, Melissa (Ben) Bullock; two brothers, Scott Barnhart, Terry (Terry) Barnhart; two sisters, Tamra (Richard) Barnhart-Doody, Nicole Briggs; four grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, Wilbur and Frances Barnhart.
