Lyons---Frank James Stern, 72, passed away at his home on June 17, 2024, surrounded by family.

Friends may call on from 2-4PM on Sunday, June 23, 2024, at Weeks-Keysor Funeral Home, 5 Phelps St., Lyons, NY 14489.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made directly to the funeral home, to offset funeral costs.

Frank was born in Brannenburg, Germany. He immigrated as a child. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1969 to 1971. For many years he worked at Associated Springs in Syracuse, where he was a Spring Press Operator. In his spare time, he loved to be painting and playing guitar. He had a huge love for Harley Davidsons.

He is survived by his wife of thirty-nine years Cynthia; five daughters Jennifer (Nate) Hunter, Amber (Dean Brewer) Stern, Cori (Scott) MacKinder, Casey (Donald) Duffy, Sara Stern; three grandchildren he was raising as his own children Cayden, Michael and Aaliyah; grandchildren Devon, Aiden, Farrah, Jacob, Nathan, Emery, Brantley, Donald, Ryan, McKenzie and William; several step grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his son Richard Stern; seven brothers and sisters.
