Dixie Pauline Brant

Clyde/Newark Dixie Pauline Brant, 77, currently of Newark passed away Monday, August 19, 2013 at home surrounded by her family. Family and friends may call Saturday (Aug. 24) from 12-2 p.m. at Farnsworth-Keysor Funeral Home, 5025 Main St., North Rose, where a funeral service will follow calling at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Rose Cemetery. For those wishing, memorials may be made to the American Cander Society in your area or to Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic in Pauline's memory. Pauline was born July 5, 1936 in Raccoon, KY, a daughter to George and Augusta Coleman McCoy. She was in the Marines during the Korean Conflict. She retired from Parker-Hannifin in Clyde after 25 years of employment. She is survived by 5 children, Ray (Jodi) Brant of Canandaigua, Ryan (Brenda) Brant of Newark, Pam Brant of Canandaigua, Kimberly Brant of Newark and Camella Bloomer of Newark; 18 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Hester Anderson of KY; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Raymond A. Brant in 1995; sister, America Fordham; and brothers, Bud, Fred and Bob McCoy.
