Hannibal/Fulton Michael J. Perrotta, Jr., age 10, died suddenly at Upstate Hospital in Syracuse on Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2013 when he lost his battle with a terminal illness with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Family and friends may call Monday (Sept. 16) from 111 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Keysor Funeral Service, 11362 South St., Cato, where a funeral service will follow calling at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Hannibal Center Cemetery. Michael was born June 15, 2003 in Newark, a son to Michael and Amiee Zufelt Perrotta. He was a 5th grade student at Hannibal Central School. He is survived by his parents, Michael, Sr. and Aimee Perrotta of Fulton; 2 siblings, Austin M. Cheesbro of Newark and Leland Perrotta of Fulton; grandparents, Robert Zufelt and Julie Ann Champion of Fulton; grandmother, Barb and step-grandpa Chuck of Granby; grandmother, Ann M. Zufelt of Fulton; 5 loving aunts, 1 deceased aunt, 5 wonderful uncles, 13 female cousins, 6 male cousins, and many great-aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandpa Red, Amed Perrotta. He will be greatly missed.
