Huron Elsie Elizabeth Baker Teeple, 90, went to heaven on Nov. 2, 2013. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday (Nov. 9) 10:30 a.m. at North Rose United Methodist Church with a reception to follow. Private burial will be in Huron Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of Flowers, the family is requesting donations be made out to North Rose United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 369, North Rose, NY 14516. Elsie was born in Macedon on July 27, 1923, a daughter to Roy and Nettie Baker. Elsie was very active in the United Methodist Women, serving as President, Vice President, Secretary and most recently Education and Interpretation/Program Resources where she encouraged all to become avid readers. She also served at the District level as the Spiritual Growth Coordinator. She will be remembered for her strong Christian faith which she shared with all her family and friends. She was predeceased by her twin sister Elma Aldrich, brother Charles Baker and son-in-law Taji Anjo. Elsie is survived by her husband Harold, having celebrated 67 years of marriage in April; 5 children, Russell (Linda), James (Kathleen), John (Linda), Glen (Jean) and Mary Anjo; 12 grandchildren, Robert (Wendy), Franklin (Danielle), Emily (Jeffrey) Carpenter, Mary Beth (Jeremy) Covert, Erin (Sean) Dobbin, Sheila (Kenneth) Goodberry, Sandra (Stephen) Yeager, Adam, Kevin, Luke Anjo, James (Danyelle) Anjo and Mark (Chelsie) Anjo; 13 great-grandchildren, Gabriel, Kailey, Jackson, Philip, Levi, Graham, Ethan, Andrew, Elizabeth, Jenna, Rachel, Braxton and Logan; brother, Richard Baker and many dear friends.
