Brian J. Barnes

North Rose Brian J. "Sweeper" Barnes, 52, of York Settlement Rd., passed away Monday, January 21, 2014. Family and friends may call Friday (Jan. 24) from 2 to 4 and 7 to 8 pm at Farnsworth-Keysor Funeral Home, 5025 Main St., North Rose, where a funeral service will follow at 8 pm. Brian was born July 31, 1961 in Lyons, a son to Harvey and Connie Biondillio Barnes. He was previously employed by Finger Lakes Construction in Clyde. He was an avid fisherman, loved auctions, being out on the water and was a general outdoorman. He is survived by his fiance', Billie Jo Hayes of North Rose; 2 children, Jeremy (Ketrese) Barnes of FL and Christa (Alberto) Barquero of Costa Rica; 2 grandchildren, Christian Barnes and Emma Barquero; 2 step-children, Emma and Wesley Hayes; mother, Connie Barnes of FL; siblings, Pamela L. (Tony) Erario, Karen E. (Mark) Helmer of FL, Paula M. Barnes and David Barnes; close friend, Ronnie Molinari "Guido"; several aunts, uncles, 2 nieces, Jessica and Casey; nephew, Cameron; and many close and special friends. Predeceased by his father, Harvey L. Barnes in 1998.
