North Rose Carolyn W. Murphy, 95, passed away at Blossom View Nursing Home in Sodus, Friday, February 21, 2014. Predeceased by her first husband Wallace Moore in 1984, second husband William Murphy in 1994, daughter, Nancy Reeves, granddaughter, Laura Lasher, brother, Charles and sisters, Elizabeth and Florence. Survived by 3 children, William (Nancy) Moore of North Rose, Mary (Stanley) Durham of North Rose and Norma (Wallace) Tomlinson of FL; son-in-law Ed Reeves of GA; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. For those wishing, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in your area. Family and friends may call Monday (Feb. 24) from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm at Farnsworth-Keysor Funeral Home, 5025 Main St., North Rose, where a funeral service will be held Tuesday (Feb. 25) at 11 am. Burial will be in Huron Evergreen Cemetery. Carolyn was born December 21, 1918 in Wolcott, a daughter to Harry and Carrie Harder Woodruff.
