Agnes L. Williams

Lyons Agnes L. Williams, 91, of Foote Rd., passed away Thursday, February 20, 2014 at Wayne County Nursing Home. At the family's request services will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Sand Hill Cemetery, Geneva. For those wishing, memorials may be made to The Humane Society of Wayne County, 1475 County House Rd., Lyons, NY 14489 in her memory. Agnes was born April 29, 1922 in Byron, a daughter to Archibald and Edith Moss Bates. She worked for Dobbins Drugs in Lyons for 25 years and was especially fond of the people she worked with. She was a member of the Port Byron and Savannah Senior Citizens. She was predeceased by her first husband, Henry B. Williams and second husband Wallace Christensen. She is survived by 5 children, Veronica (Jim) Williams of Savannah, Henry B. (Kathy) Williams, Jr. of NC, Barbara A. (Bill) Mead of Lyons, James L. (Dianne) Williams of Lyons and John W. (Lisa) Williams of Lyons; 9 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter; special brother and sister-in-law, Bob (Euny) Williams of Geneva. www.keysorfuneralhomes.com
