Lyons William A. Harvey, 79, passed away at home on Dickerson St. on Sat., April 5, 2014. Family services will be private. Contributions may be made to Lifetime Care or Newark Assembly of God, 1088 Hartnagle Rd., Newark, NY 14513. Bill was born May 21, 1934 in Swanton, MD, one of 13 children to the late Charles A. and Pearl A. Martin Harvey. He retired from Newark Developmental Center and loved to watch sports and westerns and was devoted to his family. He is survived by his wife, Rosie Clingerman Harvey of 57 years; 3 children, Donald A. Harvey, Brenda M. Sulkowski, and Betty J. Youells; 6 grandchildren, Mark L. Sulkowski, Danielle M. Sulkowski, Corey J. Youells, Adam T. Youells, Shayla Y. Youells, and Timothy C. Youells; 7 great-grandchildren, Dylan K. Sulkowski, Zachary W. Sulkowski, Taylor R. Serrett, Brayden M. Serrett, Kaylee R. Sulkowski, Chloe R. Youells, and Isabelle J. Youells; brothers and sisters, Naomi M. Sipes, Roger Sampson, Martin W. Harvey, Arcie L. Harvey, Jessie V. Swadley, Ruthie J. Divel, Scharlette K. Sauter, Wilma L. Leach, Jamie P. Smith; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by son, William H. Harvey; 2 brothers, Bobbie H. Harvey and Freddie W.
