Maralu E. Frost

Red Creek Maralu E. Frost, 65, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at home. At Maralu's request there will be no services. Burial will be in Southside Cemetery, Red Creek. If desired contributions may be made to the Red Creek Fire Department in her memory. Maralu was born on November 2, 1948, in Auburn, a daughter to Bruce and Grace McCarthy Frost. She retired from the Village of Red Creek as the Village Clerk, currently was working with Wayuga News as the proof reader for the paper. Maralu was active in Rotary, Red Creek Historical Association, Red Creek Food Cupboard and Marine Toys for Tots. She is survived by her mother, Grace Frost, several cousins and many close friends. Predeceased by her father, Bruce and husband, John Wilbur in 2012. Arrangements were entrusted to Becker-Keysor Funeral Home, Red Creek.
