North Rose Lloyd M. Richardson, 92, a resident of DeMay Living Center in Newark, passed away Monday, September 1, 2014. Calling hours will be held Friday (Sept. 5) from 2 to 5 pm at Farnsworth-Keysor Funeral Home 5025 Main St., North Rose, where a funeral service will follow at 5 pm. Burial will be in Rose Cemetery. Lloyd was born November 21, 1921 in the Town of Rose, a son to Bert and Julia Fink Richardson. He was a WWII veteran of the Navy, a past member of the North Rose Fire Department, a Town of Rose Councilman and retired as a bus driver for North-Rose Wolcott Schools. Lloyd was also involved with many other community activities through the years. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the North Rose Fire Department, POB 208, North Rose, NY 14516 or to Rose Historical Society Museum, 4759 Route 414, North Rose, NY 14516 in his memory. He is survived by his wife Doris of 74 years; 2 daughters, Catherine (Bill) Reynolds of Wolcott and Jacqueline (Gary) Lockwood of Wolcott; son, Gary "Doc" (Toni) Richardson of Fl; 6 grandchildren, Debbie Reynolds, Christi Luciano, Garrett Richardson, Jessica Johnson, Pamela Lockwood and Cassandra Salo; and 4 great-grandchildren.
