Lyons Carlos Rios, 83, of Phelps St., passed away Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at the Wayne County Nursing Home. Family and friends may call on Monday (Sept. 15) from 3 to 6 pm at Weeks-Keysor Funeral Home, 5 Phelps St., Lyons, where a funeral service will be held Tuesday (Sept. 16) at 10 am. Burial will be in Baptist Rural Cemetery, Sodus. For those wishing, memorials may be made to the Wayne County Nursing Home Foundation Fund, 1529 Nye Rd., Lyons, or to The Humane Society of Wayne County, 1475 County House Rd., Lyons, NY 14489 in Carlos' memory. He is survived by his children, Maria Rios (Jim Costello), Gregory Rios (Tom Menzel), Jeffrey (Connie) Rios; step-children, Randy (Marlene) Crandell, Vicki (Christopher) Flores, Teresa (Dale) Pickering; 6 grandchildren, Ashley, Justin, Mike, Rebecca, Fred and Deborah; and 12 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Nancy "Honey-bunch" in 2012 and his beloved dog, Lulu.
