Wolcott Bradly S. Dunlap, 35, of New Harford St., passed away Thursday, September 25, 2014 at Rochester General Hospital. Bradly was born August 12, 1979 in Saratoga Springs, NY, a son to Richard Dunlap, Sr. and Irene Lyons. He loved sports, especially the NY Yankees. He is survived by 2 sons, Carter and Tanner; father, Richard (Malinda) Dunlap Sr. of Black River; mother, Irene Lyons of Wolcott; siblings, Roland (Jennifer) Graham Jr of Wolcott, Daniel (Susan) Graham of IL, Jessica Dunlap of Newark; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Predeceased by his brother, Richard Dunlap, Jr.
