Larry W. VanLare

North Rose/Lyons Larry W. VanLare (aka: Hot Wheels/LVL), 71 years old, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at his home in Lyons. Family and friends may call Saturday (Feb. 28) from 1 to 4 pm at Farnsworth-Keysor Funeral Home, 5025 Main St., North Rose. Other services will be private. Spring burial will be in South Lyons Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the North Rose Fire Department, thank you. Larry was born January 14, 1944 in Sodus, a son to the late Arthur J. and Ann O'Donnell VanLare. He retired from the North Rose School District Bus Garage and he also served with the North Rose Fire Department. Most will remember him for his passion as a car enthusiast and his ability to make a friend everywhere he went. Predeceased by his sister, Janet Clark. Survived by his wife Beverly (DeNeef) of 48 years; brother, Kenneth (Norine) VanLare; sister, Judy (Barry) Frazer; 2 daughters, Pamela (Donald) Sedore and Brenda (Ed Anthony) VanLare; 3 grandchildren, Kaleigh (Justin) Tylenda, Chelsea (TJ Eygnor) Watkins and Randy (RJ) (Christine Mouton) Watkins; 2 great-grandsons, Wyatt Eygnor and Bently Tylenda; several nieces and nephews. www.keysorfuneralhomes.com
