Eleanor M. Krebbeks

Lyons Eleanor M. Krebbeks, 84, of Old Pre-Emption Rd., passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, March 13, 2015 at Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic. Family and friends may call Tuesday (Mar. 17) from 3:30 to 7 pm at Weeks-Keysor Funeral Home, 5 Phelps St., Lyons, where a funeral service will follow at 7 pm. Spring burial will be in South Lyons Cemetery. For those wishing, memorials may be made to the Town of Lyons Ambulance, 43 Phelps St., Lyons, NY 14489 in her memory. Eleanor was born September 8, 1930 in Lyons, a daughter to Roger and Julia Sappa. She grew up in Alloway and later became owner and operator with her husband Eddie of the Alloway Store. She also worked for the former Marcia Kays Clothing Store in Lyons. She especially enjoyed taking care of and traveling with her family. Predeceased by her husband Edward in 1981, daughter, Paige in 1967, grandson, Kirk Krebbeks in 2002, and brother, David Sappa in 2003. Survived by 3 children, Dennis (Kathleen) Krebbeks of Lyons, Sandra Ridley of Syracuse and Hope (Libo) Alexanian of Lyons; 3 grandchildren, Ethan Krebbeks of Lyons, and Kyle and Kenzie Alexanian of Lyons. www.keysorfuneralhomes.com
