Charles Packer

April 10, 1942 — April 30, 2015

Charles Packer, 72 a resident of Utica passed away Thursday, May 30. He was born in Watertown, NY and was the son of the late Raymond Leroy and Marion Hamilton Stage. Charles enjoyed attending the races at Oswego Speedway. He is survived by one sister Sylvia Becker and two nephews; Michael and Jeffrey Becker. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, 11:00, at McArthur Cemetery, Red Creek. Arrangements are in care of the Becker-Keysor Funeral Home.
