Ruth C. Wilck

Lyons Ruth C. Wilck, 86, a resident of Wayne County Nursing Home, passed away Monday, June 1, 2015. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, (June 27) 11 am at Lyons United Methodist Church, William St. in Lyons. For those wishing, memorials may be made to a charity of choice in Ruth's memory. Ruth was born September 9, 1928 in the Town of Huron, a daughter to Ross and Lucy Morton Covell. She retired from the former Newark Developmental Center in Food Service. She was an active member of the Lyons United Methodist Church through the years. She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur, daughter, Wendy Gage and son-in-law, Herbert Gage. Survived by 5 children, Paul (Charlotte) , Ross (Mary), Christina (Howard) Gardner, Scott (Melinda) and Lucy Wilck; 8 grandchildren, Lisa (David) Jarred, Jeremy Wilck, Mikaela Gardner, Donavan (Victoria) Teeter, Brandi Teeter, Erica Wilck, Glenn Wilck and Tracey (Don) Putman; and 4 great-grandchildren.
