Lois Pierson McRoberts

North Rose Lois Pierson McRoberts, 63, of Miner Rd., passed away at home on Sunday, June 21, 2015 after an extended illness. Family and friends may call Wednesday (June 24) from 6 to 8 pm at Farnsworth-Keysor Funeral Home, 5025 Main St., North Rose, where a funeral service will be held Thursday (June 25) at 11 am. Burial will be private at Rose Cemetery. Contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research or to Wayne County Children's Cancer Fund, PO Box 61, Sodus, NY 14551 in her memory. Lois was born December 19, 1951 in Binghamton, a daughter to the late John and Roberta Foreman Pierson. Lois was a Registered Nurse at various health agencies, continued her education by receiving her Bachelor's from Alfred University and a Master's in Occupational Health at Rochester Institute of Technology. She was the Director of Operations in Health Care Management. She is survived by her husband James; 2 children, Carolyn (Anthony) Oakley Wetherby of Sodus and Matthew Oakley of Rochester; 3 siblings, Charles F. (Linda) Pierson of Windsor, NY, Joan B. Pierson of Syracuse and George R. (Karen) Pierson of Seffner, FL; extended family, Jodi (Jeff) Clifton of OH and Gayle (Matt) Bates of Rose; cousin, Richard P.
