WOLCOTT Melinda Osborn, 52, of Auburn St., passed away on Monday (August 10, 2015) unexpectedly. Family and friends may call Friday (August 14) from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 (noon) at Rose Free Methodist Church, North Rose, where a funeral service will follow at 12:00 (noon). Private burial will be at Rose Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1120 S. Goodman St., Rochester, N.Y., 14620 in Melinda's memory. Melinda was born on June 16, 1963 in Lyons, N.Y., a daughter to Raymond and Esther Lyman Osborn. She worked at Garlock Sealing Technology in Palmyra, N.Y. as a calendar operator. She is survived by her mother, Esther Osborn of Wolcott; a brother, Ronald Osborn of Newark; sister, Melissa Smith of Wolcott; aunt, Leona (Dom) Mililio of Webster; two uncles, Herman (Mary) Lyman of N. Rose, Robert (Louise) Lyman of Florida; brother-in-law, Darryl Shulla of Newark; special friend, Alicia St. Thomas of Newark and Jennifer Granger of Clifton Springs; several nieces and nephews and cousins.
