Wolcott Donald N. Soules, Sr., 80, of Wolcott Rd., passed away Sunday, September 27, 2015 at St. Luke Health Services in Oswego. Family and friends may call Thursday (Oct. 1) from 5 to 7 pm at Farnsworth-Keysor Funeral Home, 5025 Main St., North Rose, followed by a funeral service at 7 pm. Private burial will be in Rose Cemetery. For those wishing, memorials may be made to the Rose Cemetery Association where Don was a board member many years. Don was born August 8, 1935 in Wolcott, a son to the late Henry and Elizabeth Dewey Soules. He was also a member of the Red Creek Fire Department for 30 years and a member of the Rose Grange. Don worked for Lee Keifer Excavating for 21 years, the former Green Dairy in Wolcott and Slocum Excavating in Fulton until his retirement. He was predeceased by his brother, Fred and sister, Jean Porter. He is survived by his wife Arlene of 60 years; 3 sons, Donald, Jr. (Teri) Soules of Red Creek, Raymond (Joyce) Soules of Oswego and Ronald (Bobbie) Soules of Red Creek; 8 grandchildren, Misty, Amy, Bryant, James, Jason, Genie, Cassie, and Billyjoe; 18 great-grandchildren; cousins, and several nieces and nephews. keysorfuneralhomes.com
