Willard E. Bussard

North Rose Willard E. Bussard, 61, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2015 at home in North Rose with his family by his side. There will be no prior calling hours. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Sunday (Nov. 8) 3 p.m. at North Rose United Methodist Church, 5050 Main Street, North Rose. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1120 S. Goodman St., Rochester, NY. 14620. Willard was born on July 6, 1954, in Kittanning, PA., a son to Willard C. and Beatrice Ramona Shaffer Bussard. He worked as an inspector for Ginna Nuclear Power Plant in Ontario. Willard was a member of the Free and Accepted Masons (F&AM) in North Rose, and an active member of the North Rose United Methodist Church. He was always helping others, and his family was most important and the center of his life. He survived by his loving wife Deborah Bussard of 42 years; 2 children, Willard Matthew (Stephanie) Bussard of Monroe, Alyssa (Kris) Rittenhouse of Marion; 3 grandchildren, Andrew Bussard of Monroe, Aidan and Sawyer Rittenhouse of Marion; mother, B. Ramona Bussard of PA, 3 brothers, Sandy (Chris) Bussard of NC, Jack Bussard of Wellsville and Terry Bussard of NJ; sister, Rhonda (Robert) Schoonover of PA; niece, Becky Schoonover and nephews, Bobby Schoonover and Griffin Bussard.
