Michael A. Giocondo, Jr.

Wolcott Michael A. Giocondo, Jr., 75, of Wolcott died Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at home, with his wife by his side after a long battle with cancer. In keeping with Michael's wishes there will be no prior calling hours, a gathering of family and friends will be at a later date. Michael was born on January 6, 1940 in Syracuse, a son to the late Michael and Lena Turtura Giocondo. Michael worked as a bus driver for A and E Transport in Minetto. He loved antique automobiles, his favorite car was a 1958 Chevy. Michael is survived by his "Special Angel" wife; Karen Corsette Giocondo of Wolcott, 5 sons; Timothy Giocondo, Donnie Giocondo (Karen Hackett), Steve (Sheryl) Giocondo, Jeff Giocondo (Brad) and Michael Giocondo. many grand-children and a great-grandson, brother Dick (Sally) Giocondo of Syracuse; sister, Nancy (Adrian) VanMaarseveen of Baldwinsville; uncle, Roger (Helen) Turtura of Kirkville, many nieces, nephews aunts, uncles and cousins.
