Carol I. Butler, 76, of Ashley St., passed away Friday, June 9, 2017.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday (June 13) 12 pm at Weeks-Keysor Funeral Home, 5 Phelps St., Lyons.  Burial will be in South Lyons Cemetery. Contributions may be made to St. Joseph’s Indian Church, PO Box 326, Chamberlain, SD 57326 in Carol’s memory.

Carol was born April 12, 1941 in Lyons, a daughter to late Harry S. and Lillias Worley Taylor.  She was an avid traveler and casino enthusiast.

Predeceased by her husband Clifford in 2000.  She is survived by her fiance’, Raymond Cole of Lyons; son, David (Kathy) Butler of NV; daughter, Vicki (Kevin) Robinson of Holley; 5 grandchildren, Elaine (Mat) Wallis, Ashely Rood, Karissa, Kevin, Jr. and Kailyn Robinson; 2 great-grandchildren, Alexis and Slater Harmon; 2 sisters, Shirle Skipper and Jan Hence; several nieces and nephews.
