Veronica E. Clingerman, 78, passed away at the Pathway Home in Seneca Falls surrounded by her family on Friday, July 6, 2018.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday (July 12) 10 am at St. John’s Catholic Church, 114 Sodus St., Clyde.  Burial will be in Rose Cemetery.

Veronica was born August 6, 1939 in Lyons, a daughter to the late Peter and Rose Montemorano Nicoletta.  She retired from Buckminster’s in Wolcott after many years of employment.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Humane Society of Wayne County, 1475 County House Rd., Lyons, NY 14489 or to Pathway Home of the Finger Lakes, PO Box 516, Seneca Falls, NY 13148 in her memory.

Predeceased by her husband, Wayne County Sheriff’s Investigator Carl L. (Bicket) Clingerman and siblings, Vito (Dutch) Nicoletta, Pat Nicolette, Anthony (Bucky) Nicoletta, Donald Nicoletta, Marie Lee and Rita Nicoletta.

Veronica is survived by her son, Mark (Sheree) Clingerman; daughter, Julie (A.J.) Reynolds; grandchildren, Dalton and Makenna Bean; brother, John Nicolette; many nieces and nephews.
