Linda M. Bliss, 68, of Lummisville Rd., passed away peacefully after a hard fought battle with cancer on Saturday, January 5, 2019.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday (Jan. 10) 2 pm at Farnsworth-Keysor Funeral Home, 5025 Main St., North Rose. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Muscular Dystrophy in Linda’s memory.

Linda was born May 5, 1950 in Sodus, a daughter to George and Mary DeVol Veley.  She retired from Finger Lakes DDSO after 12 years of employment. She was a member of Huron Presbyterian Church, past President of the Wolcott American Legion Auxiliary and loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren and the outdoors. 

Predeceased by her father George Veley, brothers, Michael Veley and Gary Veley. 

She is survived by her loving husband Eli of 50 years; Mother, Mary Veley; son, Eric (Kristine) Bliss; daughter, Michelle (Wes) Hall; 3 grandchildren, Jacob Bliss, Laura Bliss and Hannah Riter; sister, Judy Horn; very special friend, Diane; along with extended family and friends.
